Just minutes away from the Superdome and French Quarters, Casa Nouvelle Orleans is a grand home of over 4,000 square feet; double the size of most other vacation homes.  Situated on a beautiful oak-tree lined main boulevard, our guests get a truly authentic New Orleans experience!

To mitigate fraud, we verify the identification of all of our reservationists. Immediately upon booking, the reservationist must (1) email a front and back picture of his/her valid government ID to Reservation@CasaNouvelleOrleans.com and (2) sign our Short Term Rental Agreement.  You may always call 833-851-CASA [that's 2272] if you prefer to speak to someone directly.

Casa Nouvelle Orleans has 2 bedrooms with 1 King bed each, 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds each, and 1 bedroom with 1 Queen bed.  That's a total of five bedrooms with seven (7) beds.  Each bedroom has its own TV.

Our standard check in time is 3pm.  Our standard check out time is 11am.  If you wish to check in earlier or out later, just ask!  We will gladly accommodate such requests at no charge whenever we can based on our booking schedule.

The rental agreement that you will execute provides all terms and conditions but essentially: No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. No loud music.  No disrespecting the home.  

No. When you book Casa Nouvelle Orleans, you are not sharing it with any other guests.

Due to the scheduling dynamics of Superbowl, any booking is deemed unconditionally final with no refund.

Casa Nouvelle Orleans comes fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, linens, Wi-fi, and a TV in every bedroom.  We provide everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay!  If you have any special needs, simply ask before or during your stay & we'll do all we can to accommodate.

Yes.   Casa Nouvelle Orleans provides its guest with a personalized code [you provide us with the code you want us to program the lockbox] and has NO interior cameras or monitoring devices; all to respect and ensure your privacy.
